Scholarship Program

Congratulations, you have been selected to receive a tuition scholarship for private weekly lessons.

Please read and agree to requirements:
​I PROMISE AS REQUESTED BY INSTRUCTOR TO

• ​Arrive to lesson on time weekly and consistently with all materials and equipment required
• Listen daily as requested by instructor - household must provide devices needed
• Utilize technical tools offered such as file sharing and use of practice aids online and devices used/ needed.
• Practice and fulfill all requests in practice - 5 days per week. All tasks as prescribed by instructor.
• Participate in all studio activities including - group classes, concerts and recitals
• Pay 1/2 tuition monthly as set up through paypal auto pay - must be initiated BEFORE lessons can begin.
• In case of illness or unforeseen circumstance student may cancel. Makeups may not be available and instructor is not obligated to provide them.

​Instructor agrees to provide :

• ​Weekly private lesson and all studio activities as are provided for all CSVF students.
• Detailed practice instructions weekly
• Instructor may cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. Makeups may be scheduled but instructor is not obligated to do so if schedule does not permit.
• Studio policy allows 3 paid vacation weeks yearly for instructor. Make ups can not be provided.
• Instructor shall maintain positive communication with student and parent.
• Scholarship qualifications shall be reviewed every 3 months to determine re-issuance or amended agreement.
